FUNERAL INFO ADDED: SEE BELOW
It is with the deepest regards that the Temple Fire Company formally announces the passing of active Firefighter Tom White. Tom battled a long hard fight with cancer. But like Tom, the cancer didn’t win without out a tough fight. Tom showed all of us that there is always a fighting chance no matter WHAT the situation is. He never gave up and fought it as long as he could. Tom, we would like to thank you for all the amazing times we’ve gotten to spend together whether it was on a fire call, fundraising events or just hanging in the station. Your personality certainly was one of a million. Your time with the Temple Fire Company will forever be remembered. Tom ran many fire calls as well as being on several committees and helping at all of our fundraisers. Tom will always forever be 11-190. RIP
About 15 members went to visit Tom on Friday November 24th. We got to see/visit him, laugh with him and tell him just how much we loved him. The next day he was taken from us. Black Friday 2017 will never be forgotten as that was our last moments together.
The members of the Temple Fire Company as well as the White family would like to thank everyone for their kind words and sympathy for our loss. It really means a lot.
We will post updates regarding his services in the next few days.
Any questions, feel free to call the firehouse @ 610-929-8050.
