Companies 55, 37, 11, & 30 were dispatched to Cross Keys Rd in Bern Twp for a report of an MVA with entrapment. Crews on scene were immediately hampered with access to the car / pt as there was a sheared utility pole with high tension wires down. Crews made the best of it with portable hydraulic tools and freed the driver from the car. SVEMS transported the driver to a local facility. Co 11 was back in service @ 0300 hours.
